Perspective: Ralph

1. I feel the little ones never work and just play all day I think that they should work more so we can survive they may not be able to do much but anything helps. I try to PROFFER them jobs but they just run off
2. The little ones play and eat and bathe they waste there time playing instead of working. Like they should be.
3. the hunters paint their faces so they can blend in and sneak up on the pigs. Because if they don’t the pigs can see them and will run away the paint has lots of INTRICACIES
4. I think as leader this foreshadows a dark future between me and jack. Hopefully every thing will be fine
5. When my face is painted I feel power full strong and also like iam a savage. It covers all emotion and weaknesses we can be SPECIOUS in the paint
6. the ship does no see us because there is no smoke from our fire because jack took all of his hunters including the ones who where watching the fire. So he could complete his “ring” to IMMURED the pigs and didn’t tell us.
7. to retake my role as leader I went up against jack about the fire and freaked him out and I said make a new fire so he did when he wanted to put it where I was I stood silently in place so he moved it to an inconvenient spot three yards away so I was assertive and reclaimed my spot as leader.
Dear diary to day was not a good day. The main reason was because when jack went to hunt he took all of his hunters including the ones watching the fire. So when a ship went by to day and I didn’t see smoke I found out he took all the hunters I stood up to him MALEVOLENTLY and told him off. So now I have gained my respect back. So now I have a bad feeling about the up coming future. We will find out

Chapter 3: Huts on the Beach Blog # 3
Perspective: Jack

Problems with hunting
1. It is important to proffer shelter for the little ones so that they feel protected from the beastie.
2. Jack the precentor and his choir have been told they can be the hunters. Jack has also assigned some of his hunters to take care of the fire. And every one else to make shelter
3. Lots of the jobs aren’t carried out because every one is not working in communiom too lazy to do their jobs and are bathing or eating.
4. I think the most important task for survival is to make shelters and find a food source with nutrition. So you don’t die of malnutrition and so you can sleep comfortable and protect you from the whether.
5. I think Simon is small and shy but he is a good worker and is smart. He would make a good hunter.
6. If we don’t get off this island soon I think things will be hard and people will be changed and formed to be strong. We may also have a enormity finding food and there may be some martyred
7. I don’t get along with Ralph right now because he thinks that I am a compulsive hunter, he thinks I want to even more than I want to get off the Island. He is mad that I am not helping him make shelter. I am mad at him because he thinks my hunting is not important and I know it is because everybody wants meat.

Chapter 2 “Fire on the Mountain”
Perspective: Simon
1. I think this is a good island. It has food and drink and maybe even some meat from the pigs.
2. The beastie is a snake like creature this young boy saw on the island. He announced that he saw the beastie in the meeting. After the meeting he was in the forest while the other boys were having a bon fire. The fire accidentally spread from the bon fire into the forest and he got burned to death.
3. The beastie represents all the boys fears of being on the island alone and not. having any grown ups they just don’t show it I don’t either.
4. The beastie makes me scared but I can’t let the other boys find out I hope it does not attack me at night.
5. My plan for being rescued is the fire Ralph suggested I think it will work really good and hope fully a plan or a ship will see it.
6. Yes I want to be rescued because its scary being on the island at night and I just want to be at the comfort of my own home eating real food.
7. We started the fire with piggy specks and the fire burned to fast and hot and went out fast with no smoke.
8. The little boy died from the fire that our smoke fire started.
9. I am different from the boys because I am small and quiet also I help piggy unlike any one else. I am also SUFFUSION
10. when I go to bed at night I get really scared and cant really sleep because e of the “beastie” the boy talked about.
Dear diary today we made a fire, to make it we became a COMMUNION it burned to fast and hot it was ENORMITY to bad it went out there was no smoke because we didn’t use FRONDS . Also when we went to light it jack PINCHED Piggy’s glasses and called him a fatty. And said he was too lazy to help but I said he did because of his glasses. Also the little boy with the mark on his faced died from the fire he had talk about a snake beastie thing I am scared. We will see what the night holds. Good night diary.

Chapter Title: The Sound of the Shell
Where are the adults!
Character Perspective: Piggy
Dear diary today I got in a plane crash. I landed on a big island with a big mountain in the center. I was on a plane with kids, the only adult was the pilot and he was killed in the crash. After I crashed, I met my new friend Ralph a tall boy with TOW colored hair, I am not sure if he likes me. He is very strong. I feel self conscious around him because I am big, and I told him a nick name of mine so I don’t like to be called by my nick name. He told all the other kids about my nick name. The nick name is Piggy, I really don’t like it because the kids at school call me by my nick name piggy because I am fat. And all the kids started calling me piggy. I had to learn all the names of the survivors. There is a new group of them they are part of a choir and their leader is jack he is a jerk he also wore TOGS and before I could even talk he told me to “shut up fatty” and hates me for no reason and for now I don’t like him. Until he starts to be nicer also when they where going to explore. And I wanted to come but I was replaced by a boy named Simon and jack told me I could not come. Also when they where leaving Ralph told me I was not good at adventuring and told me to stay and get the names of the kids. I was really sad after because I felt like a loser my own friend said I was weak and fat it mad me feel like I sucked. One good thing that happened is we had found a conch shell that had a lot of INTRICACIES that we called a meeting with it made us a COMMUION all the surviving kids and from that we started a government and had a vote between jack the PRECENTOR and Ralph for a leader it ended up all the kids liked Ralph better than jack and voted for Ralph and he won but because Ralph was nice he told jack that him and his choir could be the hunter and jack could be the leader of the hunters and jack was really happy about that and jack and Ralph became pretty much best friends to my dislike so we will see how things go
